In which situation the HTTPRequest changes into HTTPServletRequest and in which situation HTTPServletResponse changes
into HTTPResponse. Whether the Web Container or the Servlet does the conversion.
Similarly please explain the flow from HTTPServletResponse to HTTPResponse.

Went to find this web.xml in Spring Boot tomact library, could not find it. Then found that tomact is run as embedded container so spring ignores it and takes over the config.
