Good show, would have been nice if you mentioned all of the Slaves that deserted the Continental Armies to join the British after they promised all slaves that fought for the crown freedom.

English Civil War would be great to see - quite unknown and underrepresented.

April 22 1778 - sailors and Marines of the US Ranger landed in Whitehaven, England, and proceeded to burn the shipping vessels and warehouses in the harbor. The shore battery was taken and silenced. The raid is to this day immortalized by the statue of a US Marine spiking a British cannon. RIP John Paul Jones

What was a contained Colonial revolt for independence to the Americans, was a global struggle against France, Spain and the Netherlands for the preservation of the British Empire to the British. Fighting happened from Canada all the way to India.
The 13 Colonies were the only theatre the British were defeated in.
