The first segment was compelling and, I think, illustrated how a man surrounded by a cold and sometimes brutal society grows more and more disillusioned until it completely transforms him into a cold, brutal person himself and that is a sad truth. I don't mind admitting that I didn't quite get the second piece, I guess it was about the idea that giving is always better than being selfish...? The third vignette was wonderfully obvious: Always treat people with respect and dignity and someday, when you really need it, it will return to you. Of course, unless you believe that your reward awaits you in Heaven, this is seldom true and good people suffer as much, sometimes more, than the evil man. However, I also believe that living a good life is its own reward and doesn't require a payoff or compensation. In all, I enjoyed all three sections because they were each evidence of a compassionate and generous heart.

Love how the dad tried his best to help his son out. It's really sad that people really have to use the garbage that we throw to survive. Even if other people think that they are useless people. Poor people might look ugly... But they might be the best people you'll ever meet

With the 3rd story I think it teaches to do and always be kind to others, one day your kind acts may be rewarded. The dad helped the doctor with his car and that same doctor saved the guy's life so that he could live and identify that the dad wasn't the one who stabbed him. The dad shared the treats with the little girl and she led him back to his son. Kind acts may not be rewarded immediately, but some how, in ways not even expected it will come back to you.
