Is take off shift necessary with GOS primary active? Do you need to delete the shift incase you are using the entire runway incase you enter the runway via threshold?

What's the different between Dispatch landing distance and In-flight landing distance?
Can we use inflight landing distance with manual brake, rev, .... for dispatch?
