After a number of school shootings over the years, many are wondering: what can we do to keep schools safe? School safety and security expert Ken Trump, says while the facts and merits of each case vary, the failures alleged after these kinds of shootings happen usually involve people, policy, procedure and training.

While a lot of money is spent on making people feel secure with technology, a lot of that money is wasted if the people behind it aren't properly trained, Trump said on Morning in America.

Start calling them by the name they deserve. If
they are afraid to do their job, call them
COWARDS. A single, unarmed mother ran into
that school and got her own child out, while 377
armed officers stood around waiting for some
one to lead them. Maybe they should have
followed her. At least she was able to overcome
her fear to save her child.
