Depending on the brand, the sleep patches have up to 11 different ingredients in them, including 3 mg melatonin. As an adult, 3 mg melatonin knocks me out completely for about 4 hours. I cannot imagine giving that to a small child. And what could potentially happen while you have an entire classroom of basically unconscious children. They could be molested, there could be a fire where they all have to be evacuated, anything. This is horrifying.

Thank god for the lady who have conversations with her child about what goes on at school in detail. This is why you should always no matter the topic talk to your kids at all times in detail
