Believe Neku will be playable or at least in your party (And Shiki). Looking at the box art shows the four playable players in the cast, Neku, and "Shoka" the reaper. Shoka also wears a Mew hoodie, and seems to be the most beneficial and nice of the reapers. Either Shiki became a famous designer, or Shoka is Shiki. Makes sense since she stands right next to Neku on the box art.
