Something I learned in my break fall training to stop your head from hitting the ground you can slap the ground and send that force into your hand. Your also less likely to break a wrist from putting your hand down to break your fall. It hurts like hell on concrete, and the correct move there might have been to curl and roll backwards. Tuck your chin to your chest if you do that.Things to think about. Fall techniques might not be as effective as ppe, But falling is a skill. Stay safe. Accidents happen. Have fun don't die.
