Our country fucked around now they found out. It was only a matter of time as the US keeps inserting themselves into other people's issues and countries. Parallel economies are needed let the market decide.

Only one problem with there decision. China has a history of currency manipulation. So first they buy, then they print so they have just bought at a discount. They don’t print for economic stability but for cheating on trades.

That's wonderful. We no longer do trade with China or any allies that do business with them. And we start becoming self reliant as a nation.... even if that did happen and it led to a depression, we could climb out united and independent as a nation once again.

We can sit here and blame the government but there has never been a country in history that was able to keep top reserve status. Its normal for this to happen and it has happen before. Even if the US government did everything correctly China would most likely still take over due to population size.

People beat the drum of fear when Brexit was formed. Now it's Brics. If the Dollars collapse the whole world will go into the biggest economic depression known to man. Don't underestimate how strong the US dollar is. Warren Buffett even questions how valuable gold is to the Dollar. Gold is finite while the value of the dollar rests on the strength of the western world in which the US is the driving force.

Our dollar was supposed to be a safe place for ppl to invest
