I’ve been giving my 8yr old American Staffordshire/Pit mix CBD oil for 6 months after he started having seizures. He still has seizures but seizure activity is done to once a month or every 2 months

Louisiana is way behind on times. I was recently researching it for my dog, Champ. He was on phenobarbital since he was 2 yrs old. My vet said it will be hard on his liver & etc and he probably wouldn't make it past 7 or 8 years. So every year Champ would get his blood work done to check his phenobarbital levels, liver and etc. He passed away 26 April 2019, 13.5 years old, due to an enlarged heart.

Our aussie dog Titan has been getting a pure spectrum CBD for over 12 months.

I rescued my dog 2 years ago. Since then he's had so many problems with his health he's like my car payment. Wouldn't change having him for anything. We love him so much. But I am not wealthy so this has been a struggle.
He has allergies so gets cytopoint every month, is now undergoing heartworm treatment . We are due for immiticide injection mid June. While he suffered from all the heartworm side effects (vets had no idea so took almost a year to diagnose him as he suffered) he started chattering and now drooling. So apparently he is having seizures now. The cardiologist said he should see a neurologist. $$$$ just to see him would be $175 .
So.... 3 questions-
Could the seizures be from the heartworms?
How can I help him during the middle of heartworm treatment without compromising his health?
Can I give him anything for the allergies besides cytopoint? I feel like this is poisoning him slowly.

I really hope it works. My vet only gives my dog antidepressants and no seizure meds. She wants to take it slow. However it is not helping. We only have one vet in our all town. I emailed for the trails.

I've read that cbd oil also works on children with epilepsy. Important to get good quality cbd oil.

Pipi is so comical. I love her expressive eyebrows. I was trying so hard to pay attention to what you were saying but Pippi had me laughing. I have to watch the video again 😂. *** Dr. Jones do you think this would work for my senior dog. He had a head injury as a puppy before I rescued him. My vet told me he most likely has some brain damage. Now that he's older every once in a while in the middle of the night he has what appears to be a mild seizure. He's 97lbs and almost 14. I know his time is limited but want to keep him as comfortable and happy as possible.

I tried CBD on my rescue 4 years ago on his seizures and with a couple of drops a day every day or every second day-he’s tiny- he’s been seizure free ever since! I put it on his wet food. The vet was ready to put him on meds. I knew the CBD would help him. It helped me first.
