It is not just white working class boys - I am shocked that the white population is being ignored. None of us feel we are part of the conversation!

DEI is the most pernicious idea of modern times. Diveristy of WHAT ? Ability ? Inclusion of WHAT ? People who aren;t quite up to the job ? Equity with whom ? the MD, the Founder ....or the Caretaker ? DEI is a form of Communism designed to weaken the no DEI in India, or China or Qatar. I actually come across many Indian companines as part of my job - their Directors and Leadership (even in the UK) is 100% Indians. Maybe we should try it in UK - 100% British, committed able leaders - hoe wonderful !!!

What does a state need? Ministries for:
- Defence
- Security
- Finances
- Economy
- Law & order
- Farming & Nature
- Domestic
- Foreign
- Social
- Science & technology
- Education
- Health
That's 12, what more is needed?
Maybe also
- international diplomacy
- spirutual, religious, psychological
I think ministries should be thought of as needs and functions of a state and not related to groups of individual in society.

I agree 👍 its been happening for at least a decade. And its been getting worse and worse. The other factor not considered is the upbringing from the government 20yrs ago whereby the was a shift in priority. And major change in soceity, where working class white males and their children are forgotten about. Collate this with the normalisation of things like drugs and parents being allowed to partake in it many of these children grow up without care for rules or law. Theres many factors, then throw in the demonised outlook on white men. This DIE and prioritising people who have no affiliation to this country. I mean look at that school in enfield where they wouldnt allow white children to after school clubs and gkverning bodies giving foreign born (or ethnicities) extra points in their marks

Ludicrous. Im just going to get my children to focus on 1 or 2 skills and become experts if not they will end up in poverty.
