I would advise you to use a liquid thermal putty of the Honeywell HT7000 type (not thermal paste!)
because the height of the memory chips and the controller are different
using a thermal putty, you will get the maximum contact of the radiator with the SSD

I need to buy a heatsink for my 990 pro. Does anyone know where I can go to buy it? Everywhere I go to find one it's sell'd with the hard drive, does anyone know where I can find just the heatsink. So it'll fit in ps5. Thanks.

Is that heatsink flat to all IC's on the board? Looks like there might be some gaps and that would not be good!
