Hi, will there be asynchronous application start up ? Currently Aurelia / many other frameworks bootstrap process returns a promise, and neither create nor createPage accept a promise return.

Hola Developers,
I have not yet started with Nativescript but I am hearing lot of things about it.
Do you have any plans to expand it to support vuejs, so developers dont have to build production JS files ?

NativeScript is so powerful and will be commonly used in the future

It would be interesting to have an iOS cloud building for free at least for one project at a time (like phonegap build). It's not easy to have access to a Mac. Mainly to beginners.

I would love if the native script icon is changed and make something beautiful.

Hi dear NativeScript, I love you.
I'm hearing a lot about WebAssembly these days, is that something that the engine would support?

Will Sidekick be free? It looks like a nice tool, but if it's too expensive then people won't get to use it and it won't help that much.

I'm starting the Angular is Shit Ambassador program. We had a website but it breaks a few times a year with updates.

Angular support + Nativescript = unnecessary waste of time (IMO) .. Angular is bloated and breaks with almost every new releases, which requires the Nativescript team to make alot of hacks to it runtime in order to make it compatible with Nativescript, IMO that's just a lot of work for little benefits but i guess Nativescript team is trying to satisfy everyone (js, angular and now vue.js) which is impossible cause as the saying goes "less is more".. After spending few months on Nativescript i finally gave up and moved on to another framework (React-native) and am very happy with it. My $0.02 is to choose a particular library / framework and stick with it

I'd like to see a lot more resources for using NativeScript with just Javascript and a lot less focus on Angular. Angular will be dead in a year's time, and if you keep putting so much work into Angular for NativeScript then it will likely have the same outcome.

The fact that 90% of the NativeScript resources out there are based Angular is what's pushing me to start looking at Fuse or similar alternatives for cross platform mobile development.

I know that NativeScript supports plain JavaScript as well, but when so much attention is given to Angular, it really makes it feel like if you aren't using it then you're on your own. Javascript isn't going anywhere, but frameworks are a dime a dozen now, and they change so often that tutorials and documentation breaks constantly. I really like NativeScript, but the more focus you put on Angular, the less I am willing invest of my personal time to learn something that could be obsolete before long.

Angular is dead. Stop wasting time and resources working with Angular and just focus on NativeScript and Javascript. Angular won't be around in a couple of years and neither will NativeScript if you don't give up on the Angular crap.
