3.STEARM FISH
*Stearm: (25 minutes)
1 Fish
4 Pieces Ginger

*Sauce:
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Garlic
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Shaoxin Wine
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Cup - Water

4.SPICY SWEET SHRIMP
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Chili Plake
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
