Java ferm will most definitely grow and spread being planted, have had java ferns planted in my betta tank for quite a while and have gotten several babies off them

African Cichlids completely eviserated my java ferns down to the ryzome i thought they were dead so i tossed them in my community tank so theyed decay and because nutrients for the other plants like Swords. They. Did. Not. Die. They started sprouting leaves and even started making runners again since then i have love java ferns because i am now convinced they are immortal 🤣😎👍🏾

My java fern turned black after aquarium salt hit it. How can I bring it back to life? New node plants grow out green and then turn black. It is not in an aquarium with salt anymore. Also, I cannot grow floating plants to save my life.

I bought some after searching for who knows how many pet shops. They look in rough condition but they got spores so I have high hopes they bloom beautifully. I placed them for my fancy goldfish as I know they'll like it :)

I have wendelov, black forest and regular microsorum pteropus. I have brown diatoms all over them. My nerites won't eat them and I don't have room for otocinclus. It's got a lot of live plants, so do you know of anything that will get rid of the brown diatoms...Florida water sucks for aquariums

This is one of the few plants i’ve never gotten to work. I bought one 3 different times and they slowly turn brown/melt back until there is nothing but a rhyzome left :(

My java fern runs roots into the substrate after a while. It must like it a little bit

Mine won't live....when I put it in tank it looked great....it slowly just turned brown little by little over a few weeks. I removed brown leaves every few days till only the rhizome remained. Got Rotala, elodea, anubias, and swords that are growing fine in the tank. 15 gallon with two honey gourami.
