Just bought this car a couple months ago and really like it. One correction, though, I thought the the 2022 extended range did not have a supercharger, that was the previous T8 engine. This only has a turbo. I may be wrong, though (the fact that the manual is only electric and in the infotainment system makes it so hard to actually learn about the car) One thing that I’ve loved is I’m averaging around 45 electric only miles per charge - love it!

I think they took the supercharge out in the new Extended Range. So slightly less complicated. Also, love that it can one pedal drive in "B" mode

I thought they removed the supercharger because the larger battery fills in the low-end power gap?

I guess it’s a midsize SUV because that’s what that class is in Europe. None of the American-category large SUV’s in the are offered here in Europe, as far as I know. And I don’t just mean the American SUV’s like the Suburban or the Tahoe. The Sequoia, Telluride or even the VW Atlas isn’t offered here. Except maybe through importers.

We shopped this but decided on the Ford Edge Titanium Elite. At $250+ more per month (for the base XC60) we couldn’t justify the extra expense. I think the Lincoln Nautilus is more of a competitor though than the X3.

We have the integrated booster seats on our 2021 xc60. Just happened to be what the dealer had in stock at the time. The only downside is that it deletes the rear heated seats, even with the climate package.

The gas engine is only turbo charged. It is no longer supercharged. They made it simpler.
