Testing BLDC ESC using SERVO TESTER

A simple and cheaper SERVO TESTER can be used to test the BLDC & ESC used in Quad Copters.

helpful video !!!! I was unsure if I was able to use my 3S 2200 mAh LiPo to test my servos with, because the tester states 4.0v - 6.0v if I understand correctly, as long as I connect the higher voltage LiPo battery through the ESC, ( to the OUTPUT side of the tester ) it's OK...correct?....thanks

Can I use that signal line and connect it to the pwm pin of 4pin pc fan? So the 2 wires on pc fan connect to 12v source and that pwm pin on the pc fan connect with this rc motor signal line? Will it work?
