Not a terrible fabrication. You could definitely use better quality esc maybe closer to 120amp, use a LiPo battery and maybe a remote control for rc, something that resets to center do that way you can break and reverse. But if this was just a build from scraps you had laying around, I’d say you did a good job.

I also made it with a BLDC motor but after adding the weight of the battery it gets slower
