everyone is here like *‟I'm here for BTS‟* *‟I'm here for EXO‟*
*‟I just want to understand their songs‟*
meanwhile me: ‟I love kpop and all but I'm here because I just love the language and the culture‟

I noticed when you write out the consonants and there romanizations for example
ㄱ-giyeok
ㄴ-nieum
ㄷ-diguet
ㄹ-rieul
I dont know if this has been pointed out but if you'll notice when you have the romanization of the korean consonant written out youll notice the beginning letter of the romanization for that korean letter is the sound it would make at the beginning of a word.
And the last letter of the romanization for the korean consonant would be the sound it would make at the end of a word!

Lets use the word "bang" for an example
방-with the B consonant at the front it has the {B} sound.

Lets use the word Gimbap for an example for how the [ㅂ] consonant would sound at the end of a word
김밥-Im not sure if my spelling is correct for gimbap but in this instance let's say it is correct ~ with the [ㅂ] consonant being at the end it is pronounced {P}

With
{B}{P}
For the consonant [ㅂ]
~{B}ieu{P}~

Please say this wasn't mentioned I got overly excited about noticing this that I haven't watched yet°°°I apologize in advance if this was already discussed and this comment upsets anybody°°°
🇰🇷❤
time to watch!!

💞+This may not be true for all consonants and their romanizations+💞

Compound vowels are a bit difficult and i am always mixing these up with each other. So thats why i am learning slowly.
Anyways thanks for this amazing video. With the help of your video i got to learn these letters quite easily. Andi also gained a rough idea about hangeul. Now i can at least recognise and pronouce the consonents and vowels. I am just practicing how to write them and working on the compound vowels too . Again Thank you much maam💜💜💜
And i got to say that hangeul is one of the prettiest language.
