Honestly was nice and refreshing to see a male stranger genuinely help her when she was ill and vulnerable. TV dramas like to write these scenes as something sinister, and yes that does happen, but it's nice seeing this safe encounter, which also does happen in real life, but doesnt get seen enough in TV shows.

but i also understand Arvin's side, having a parent that is constant snob and controlling their child in every move, is not easy.

If anyone’s wondering, in this episode, she was meeting her boyfriends parents, and they were being snobs, especially his mother. The reason she fainted towards the end of the scene it’s because she had been working with a company that was selling stickers that supposedly were stress relievers, if I remember correctly, but they had some sort of drug in them that made her sick/faint.
( If any of this is wrong I haven’t seen the episode for a while )
