It dawned on me a few months ago when I realised the whole Haley being pregnant part of the show was just to cover up Sarah Hyland's kidney transplant. It's also the reason why Haley was never seen in a revealing dress (that exposes her waist) unlike before she got pregnant. ❤

I love this episode. I think it’s the same one where they try to put together Hayley’s crib for her babies and they end up helping out the pizza delivery guy she knows on a personal basis since she orders from there so much 😂

We got to see almost everyone in their work environments at some point throughout the series. It would be so fun to see more of Haley's misadventures at work, too. Although I understand the actress had too many health issues at the time it looked impossible for her to have more scenes, it really felt like the writers were setting Haley up to have more screen time before they suddenly shifted to Alex's stories. The shift almost seemed so abrupt, it felt like Haley's career and finding her niche (which they tried to slowly build up), just got really choppy until they tucked it away.
