You cokked it too hot which led to a great crust but an undercooked steak edging on blue rare. The fat isnt even rendered

For those who think this might be undercooked or raw, it is not, this med rare. It’s a ribeye cut and for people who eat tenderloin mostly, they usually think this is raw because of the texture. Especially if the ribeye has been marinated, tenderloin eaters might not like it.
