Wow amazing performance by the south Carolina Women team this afternoon was a tough and physical and mental game tonight but by the end of the clock they came out in top.Hopefully they will win the championship this year. Great contributions tonight and efforts from Ashlyn, Kamilla and Te-hina tonight.But for me the MVP player goes to Kamilla her 22 points lead South Carolina to the victory and prevented them from being eliminated. But on the defense end this afternoon was a big and great game coming from Ashlyn Watkins with 14 rebounds and 4 blocks she did amazing work on the defense end . The defense MVP goes to Watkins tonight. This is a great afternoon for Gamecocks fans and Dawn Stanley as well.

Oregon State is actually a really good team. During the end of the tourney they were playing better than UCLA and Stanford. They ARE a young team (as they've stated many times) but so is South Carolina. Yeah they have 2 seniors because of transfer but the rest are sophomores and juniors and 2 outstanding freshmen. Raven is only a sophomore. So is Chloe kitts. So is ashlyn Watkins. Everyone except Cardoso will be back next year. Better take them out while you can

I don’t really watch women basketball much so maybe someone could help me answering a question? Is it usual for the favored team to get so much glazing? Like in the 4th quarter Oregon State was down by 12 came back and were down by 4 SC calls a timeout and all the announcers wanted to talk about was Watkins for SC trying to save basketball from going out of bounds? Like really? Oregon State went on a 10-2 run and that’s what you talk about?
