Pre 2010's that would have been the number one play on Sports Center.

Always think it’s cool when the medical staff of the opposing team is there to help the players out. They instantly go and check on him and start doing protocol before their own staff comes over.

CTE is a big issue in football. My uncle suffered from it from as a result from playing college ball. Very sad to see his decline

I like how 7 was talking shit over the injured player after he had just gotten beat by a simple move and got bailed out by the safety

The way that the defensive player's head shook, I'm surprised that he got up

As a former D1 player, I urge you to slow it down and watch it…@ 1:07 the RB drops the pass and looks down, this extension of the neck creates a far larger range of motion and allows for the “whiplash” effect. As far as, the hit is concerned the DB was not targeting the receiver the is evident at the 0:58-0:5 9 mark when he does not launch, but instead performs the duties of his position, as he was trained to do, in a spectacular fashion.

Head and neck area? He literally hit him in the chest. What am I missing? Brian Dawkins would be proud.

20 years ago this hit would’ve been on JACKED UP!

Players not expecting to get hit anymore makes it even more dangerous.

What is targeting? I’m so confused because it looked like a clean hit.
