Exactly! This is why I refuse to return to the workforce, as what she stated is exactly what happened! The state, in this case the Australian & New Zealand gynocentric government's don't care that I laid my life down for the sake of my children, as I went from NZ back to Perth to make myself available as a parent, but the state won't support me being a parent, as that equalizes child support & the state makes no money from me!
The ex manipulated our children to return to her, by having no boundaries or disclipline like I did, so they went back to their mother full time & as expected, up goes the ex's child support application again! I'd had enough of being her wage slave & in disgust I quit my job more than two years ago & will continue to remain unemployed so till the state stops enabling woemean to continue this abuse of fathers who DO WANT TO BE A PART OF THEIR CHILDREN'S LIFE!!!

My ex husband was a dead beat. He refused to come and see them and when we went to court he asked would I be happy with the lower payments and I didn’t wanna put him in a bad situation so I agreed to ten quid each a week. He wouldn’t pay. Same system here but I was unable to work. So I was loosing the Twenty a week from benefits. I took him back to court and they garnished his wages. I wanted him to see his children but he went on a single mans social life so kids got in the way of that. They never saw him for years at a time. His loss on that. Because his kids were really brilliant kids, who now want nothing to do with him and now he wants to see his grandchildren and their Mum says he will NEVER get a chance to hurt those children like he did his own. She’s right. I didn’t ever say a bad word about him in case he wised up some day. By the time they grew up, they knew because they could see themselves how he STILL wouldn’t be a Dad. So yeah this may happen frequently but it doesn’t matter. They know. The kids always know who cares and who doesn’t. He didn’t.

I had a gf now ex who had 4 kids and after a while it became obvious that she was having as many as she could to get child support. She hated the fact that I used protection to make sure i didn't get her pregnant. And now she has 7 kids and even says she doesn't need a job and lives off the child support
