Yikes I’m glad she clarified that her “beauty tips” are her own opinion. Blow drying your hair is absolutely still damaging, even if heat protectant helps a little bit. Stopping using heat products was the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair. It’s become noticeably so much healthier and longer and has a nice natural wave to it that I lost from the years of straightening and curling. Now I just use that single foam roller for curl and it actually works really great- for anyone interested in trying it! :)

The Neosporin trick works. I intuitively started doing this with my daughter whenever I noticed her ears would react to her favorite pair of earrings, but she wanted to wear them the next day again. When she came home that day from school her ears remained healthy in appearance. Now we do this anytime she wears fake metals. Never experienced an issue since.

Don’t do the ice thing, I’ve done it before it kinda hurts and that’s bc it was damaging my pores. Just put some ice on a towel and put it on u face. It doesn’t even have to be ice just a cold compress to depuff your face

If you have earrings that aren’t real and irritate your ears, stick the part that goes in your ear lobe into onion and leave it in there overnight I was taught to do this and ig it works👍🏻

my mom did this sort of course to be a hair stylist and that's exactly what they taught her lol

–whole process: when washing ur hair, 1st u need to make it wet, then apply shampoo, rinse out, . apply it (or a better one, even) again, rinse out, and then apply a high quality conditioner. :P

Reminder
Don't you dare put your face in ice cold water, it will irritate your skin.
You can use cold water just not ice water (if that makes sense).
I'm talking from experience, my skin became bright red and it was really irritated.

Ha purple shampoo make my scalp purple that’s why I keep it off my scalp. I use normal shampoo for scalp follow with purple on hair only…
