I studied medicine and please, take this advice:DO NOT ice your face!That was one of the first things they told us:do not put ice directly on skin, especially on burns or wounds. Ice can cause the death of tissues and believe me, you don't want that.
Edit:I said this in the thread but apparently it doesn't appear. YES, you can wrap the ice in a cloth, just don't apply the ice directly on skin and don't keep it in the same spot for a longer time.

Do NOT use a lip scrub on chapped lips. Use vaseline or aquaphor on chapped lips❤
Once your lips aren’t chapped anymore and soft, then you can use a lip scrub😊
