Hello Coach: Is it beneficial to have a Medical license as they only pay $15 an hour here in Marysville CA. This is why IHSS is embedded in each county to provide home care services rather than go through private home care. While caregivers are paid a minimum of $17.50, can someone that have more details explain more information if this is really beneficial to home care agencies?

I got a medical card in the mail saying I qualify. What do I do now, is medi-cal an insurance company of the govt in itself and I just take this card in when I go to the doctor? or do I need to use this card to get health insurance from an ins company?
