I'm using the Klavu lip sleeping mask at the moment and really like it. In the day I use one of the Nivea lip balms but they aren't hydrating but they work better under lipstick, as I find that really wet moisturising ones and lip masks make lipstick slide off.

Dr. V- this might be a random question, but do you have recommendations on sponges/loofahs to use in the shower that’s gentle on the skin and antibacterial? For example, I hear sea sponges are supposed to be natural and good, and the fabric loofah that you can toss in the washer and reuse over and over? Thank you. :)

Vaseline does nothing for my lips so I just use blistex Or I apply moisturiser to my lips and seal it with petroleum jelly, not sure that should be recommended but it actually works for me
