Watching this today has warmed my Heart so much seeing so many Acts Of Random Kindness plus the Kindness that comes from Family and Friends. Lost my Mum 3wks before her 66th Birthday when Covid first arrived at the beginning of 2020, then my Brother was Diagnosed with Lung Cancer 20mths later at 48yrs old and sadly only had 8wks left, I miss them so much. This makes me realise I'm not alone and it's trying to find a way to bring positive things out of heartbreak.

It's sad that sometimes we cannot even write a genuine heartfelt comment whilst watching videos like this without getting one or two people that reply to you with some disgusting comment as I had the other day. If someone is so ignorant and seems to hate any acts of kindness that decent people post online then 'Don't Watch Them and Definatly Don't Reply If Being Negative'. Apart from that Thank you for this video it just reminds me in alot of my dark days recently I'm still a Mother to an Amazing, Kind, Caring 19yr old Son that always puts everyone else first, he has such a Good Heart and I Love him So Much would be Lost without him.

Libby Clegg was competing with other blind runners at the Paralympics ( or a similar event ) and that was her guide runner. If you look behind her you can see other runners like her. The Spanish one was a part of What Would You Do? The waitress and the Spanish couple were actors.

Oh my gosh… 26:50 man that made me cry soo much after how the father has dementia and forgets that his son isn’t with them… I’m terrified that if my own father who is very old that if he ever has dementia, I would not be the same… we share soo many memories together, memories with his own family who which most have passed away or have taken their lives…
