French madeleines with a vanilla sauce

Hey guys, in this video I will show you how to make some delicious French madeleines. I make them with citrus zest, vanilla and brown butter also known as beurre noisette. We're also going to make a vanilla sauce, because those two go together so well! Enjoy this beautiful recipe!

Oven temperature: 190 degrees Celsius

Ingredients for the madeleines:
300 grams of egg
250 grams of butter
250 grams of icing sugar
250 grams of flour
13 grams of baking powder
2 oranges
2 lemons
1 vanilla pod

Ingredients for the vanilla sauce:
110 grams of egg yolk
700 grams milk
150 grams of sugar
1 vanilla pod + the peel from the one that you used for the madeleines
50 grams of cornstarch
