Clean Slate Anniversary - Looking Forward to Automatic Expungement (April 11, 2022)

On April 11, 2022, we marked one year of Clean Slate expungement expansion in Michigan. Safe & Just Michigan celebrated this milestone by inviting special guests to talk about how Clean Slate is already helping people get a fresh start and how automatic expungement will do even more to help hundreds of thousands of people get the good jobs, safe housing and higher education that had previously been out of reach.
