My husband and I listened to L&L on a road trip to visit my family. It was just the thing for surviving I-70 across Kansas!

I just don't get all this hype about L&L. We know nothing about any of the characters. Not even Viv. She likes coffee and used to kill/bounty hunt. Cuteness is all this book has. It's aesthetics only at the expense of character depth. We don't need to know Viv's traumatic childhood, but learning something more about Viv's personality would have made a much better book. Same for the other supporting characters.
