Excellent sales training. Very important to have a thorough needs discovery with a whole picture high level view of each clients personal needs and emotions. Tie them down and shake hands with a tailored solution for them!

Also very important to position you as the expert! They will respect and appreciate that, and lower your odds of another agent behind you doing a better job and writing another policy behind you!

30:42 Even if you could stuff 20 possible answers for 20 different objections scenarios into your script, can you imagine how much time you would spend searching for those instead of listening to your prospect and trying to understand where they're coming from instead of trying to find the perfect answer to a scenario that might not ever come up?! Just curious; you stated you are at 78% close rate on calls over 5 minutes, which is amazing. My question is..what percentage of calls are over 5 minutes? Of the calls less than 5 minutes, are you hanging up or are they?
