Steve, thanks for being vulnerable here. I've gotten to the point of being in the system and now when I bring on new Associates, if they DO NOT follow Pinnacle Elite's New Era "STSTEM" I simply don't engage. I used to adjust and adapt to everyone's needs mostly because I'm a veteran and the majority of my team is veterans. I'd hate to calculate what I've left on the table years in now. But as you said, look in the mirror, there's the blame.

Eric's has always, always, always said follow the system and the system will run your business. All his leadership has proven it to be 100% true with plenty right behind them rising up. It doesn't mean it's easy but it's certainly worth it.
