Recovering from R-knee surgery (2nd in 22 yrs). Video makes me cry. Danced since age 3 yrs old, now 59. Did those moves for years, blew my knees (arthritis didn't help). But video is motivating me to dance while I'm in recovery, just starting PT a long painful, hard recovery! Lost half my meniscus, the cushion in my knee joint. Dancing makes me feel free and young!!!
