FYI - For cold applications: Guar gum works better because xanthan gum can sometimes be too slimy.
Guar gum is the better choice for ice cream in your Ninja Creami! It helps create a smooth, creamy texture by preventing ice crystals from forming. Since it works well in cold applications, it’s perfect for maintaining that scoopable consistency. Xanthan Gum is used more for baking. 😉

Hey, looks good. Just a heads up. It’s important that you shave down or flatten down the bump on top the frozen ice cream. It can break the machine since the blades spin what is directly underneath them like that.

Pro tip when initially freezing DO NOT use the lids. It creates that top bulge that actually damages your machine in the long run according to a Ninja representative. Just put the tubs in the freezer un capped til they've frozen.
