Ingredients:

½ cup heavy cream
1¼ cups whole milk
⅓ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon mint extract
2-3 drops green food coloring
1 tablespoon heavy cream, optional use if ice cream is dry after being churned
¼ cup chocolate chips
