Ok. Let's clear this up. Your book is the UK edition, also in the UK there is a limited edition in purple, sold only in WH Smith stores, once they're sold its gone ( Kings last 8 books have had the same purple version done too) And, of course the creepy black/grey figure in a field cover is the US edition. Hope this helps

the red one is the first uk edition
the one where it says outsider in yellow is like 3rd edition in a way

I have the red one aswell!!!! it's the uk first edition tho which is so cool it's my 2nd uk 1st edition and it can go along with my bag of bones 1st edition lol but my ones paperback i don't have a slipcover it's paperback

I might be crazy, but I swear on my life the cover on my copy looks orange.

Edit: Upon further inspection, including shining my iPhone XR’s flash on it just to see it brightly illuminated, it is indeed Orange. Strange. Did they publish a batch of Orange copies I wasn’t aware of? I mean it’s cool but, for a moment I lowkey thought I was going colorblind lol

Erlend I LOVE THE DARK TOWER SERIES! Drawing of the three, Wastelands and Wizard and Glass were my faves! I would LOVE to have a Friend that can suggest Authors (all due respect to the MASTER). and I can suggest authors and Titles etc. and we can have a book club like once a week or something where we all read the same book then talk about it the next time.
