People have warned me that Silver Dollars typically stress out other fish in the aquarium and I didn't want to believe them... But these Silver Dollar Fish have definitely been doing just that! They are definitely great fish to have in your fish tank, but they are just not for me. I typically don't like rehoming fish, but I just had to do it this time...

Poor silver dollars. They definitely do best in a tank to themselves with subdued lighting and lots of cover. A big school helps as well.

You got rid of the fish that distracts your others from fighting.. you should of got bout 3 more and moved all to a bigger tank.

I love my silver dollars, but they are scaring my neon tetras who now hide. They don't seem aggressive, nothing like angels, just large and keep stealing my cory cats pellets.
