Interesting tip! You failed to notice @2:28 that the automation was turned off in the wrong state and so the sound was the same both times, but no matter. I got the point.

Man, people interested in those kind of tips already have a minimum experience to listen an AB test!! You don't need to stop playback, talk e then play again. In fact, as I presume you know, that really confuses the test. Simply hit play and toggle between on/off.

Das ist alles gut und schön, aber viel zu aufwendig und umständlich. Nimm gleich "richtig" auf, am besten über ein Bassamp mit einem TOP Bassisten und dann mit einem guten Compressor, mehr braucht man nicht, außer sein guten Ohren, um einen Bass mit dem restlichen Arrangement, besonders im Einklang mit den Drums zu mischen. Basta!
