Sir can we also do this question as below?
Let the zeros of the polynomial f(x) be p, q and r
f(x) = x³-4x²-3x+12

By comparing it to the standard form of cubic polynomial

a = 1, b = -4, c = -3, d =

We know that
p + q + r = -coefficient of x²/coefficient of x³

= -(-4)/1 by i]
= 4

by putting the values of zeros
We will get

√3 - √3 + r = 4
= r = 4

SIR, degree of remainder is always less than degree of divisor, But in most of the cases, 0 comes as remainder, and degree of 0 is not defined then how can we say that deg r(x) <deg g(x)
