I just started Barre3 workouts and LOVE them...and I am not a exercise junkie by any means. Just a mom of 7 who needs exercise to fit (somehow) into my life. Barre3 does that. And, THIS video! THIS video I did while cooking dinner for my large family. Sadie, will you please make more kitchen 10-minute videos? Just what busy moms need! Thank you!!!

So happy I found this workout! I found barre3 workouts with Sadie through my tv package years ago and will have to get going with online workouts now!

Did this after intense lower body strengthening. Great way to end strengthening. Now to stretch.
