Steak anyone?

Steak with Mushroom Sauce

I made myself a steak for lunch. NOM
I like my steak medium (57-63 degrees celcius)
It's fine to have the steak without sauce, but mushroom sauce is pretty simple to make so do have a go :) (it's my favourite sauce)

Ingredients:
Beef: x280g, Garlic: x3 Cloves, Rosemary: x1, Butter: x?, Oil: x2 Tbsp, Cream: x0.5 Cup (125mL), White wine: x?, Pepper: x?, Salt: x?

As you finish reducing the mushroom sauce:
Take any wet mustard you have (yellow, dijon, honey dijon, etc.) and add at least 1/2 teaspoon or to your taste (I ended up adding almost a tablespoon, although I eyeballed and added a little more of the amount of ingredients than called). It’s a game changer and makes a noticeable tanginess in the sauce’s flavor. Just did that with your recipe and it compliments the steak so nicely. Like it gives the whole dish the extra bit of tanginess it needed. I might be addicted.
