Not shown is the importend next step. To mount a folder and/or put the mount command into the [autoexec] section at the end of the configuration file.

Example: The mount command from an Android tablet for a DOSBOX app installed from the google app store.

[autoexec]
mount c: "/storage/emulated/0/BATCH"
c:
call Menue.bat

For Windows you can specify the drive letter in combination with a folder like C: D:\DOSFILES\ if the folder is on the D drive for mounting DOSFILES as drive C:.

At last we have to switch from the current Z: drive to the C: drive. Now we can use a dir command to list the files of the mounted DOSFILES on the C: drive. And if we have a batch file we can call it too from the autoexec section like shown above.
