Honestly imagine dragons and riot really outdid themselves with this. Every other soundtrack is genuenly great. Makes you forget that its made by a video game company

0:31 The production & animation team captured the emotional depth in key moments of this intro so well. A trick used by animators is to extend a certain focal point of the scene, by zooming in, increasing lighting, etc... to convey a message. Vander is not only shown shielding Powder and Vi, but trying his hardest to protect their innocence. He's strong, tall and capable of doing so, then the darkness sets in, and Silco takes over, and given by his appearance in the show, he took the light away. You can also hear him do a subtle hmph before the scene transition.


0:38 The Firelight's leader focal point and camera angle turn to the drop is so perfect.

0:44 Caitlyn's weapon, bullet, conveys so much information about the way she fights

I won't go too in depth but 0:51 the high synth, the scene pan on Jinx's face gives such an reaction, highlighting the intensity that she is fighting someone she hates but grieves for at the same time.

And, a hands down to Imagine Dragons, and the audio team as well for delivering such a acoustic masterpiece. Both the official music video and the show. (Though I have to admit this video really highlights the subtle sounds in the orchestral/epic version)

I find myself coming back to repeat this over and over. Especially for that awesome beat drop.

Arcane is a freaking masterpiece. It has good writing, characters, animation, composition and so much more. Props to the team that made this series posible.

Its weird that they haven't released this version of Enemy by Imagine Dragons... honestly I like how this version sounds more epic.

What i like about this intro is that at first, if youre going into this show completely blind, it looks like a collection of random shots. But the more episodes you watch the more those shots make sense.
