3 Tips for the perfect Front Flip

Hopefully this guide will help people who are struggling to land a front flip cleanly.
These tips are only what I've found effective teaching myself, other techniques may work better for you.

Thank you this helped with my front Flip I was to land them on a mat but then I could not land it anymore but watching this video again will help me learn the front Flip and land it on mat again and then hopefully doing on the ground!

Sick video man, I really enjoyed it. That front with your hands behind your back is crazy. I was doing backflips with my hands like that in my gym and I also did backflip 360 no hands.
