Stunning, intelligent and refined Mrs Lagarde reminds me of the old Latin Civil Notaries in a "Common-Law" version who draft and record legal instruments and provide legal advice + professional services under the authority and by the power of the State.
This job/position [of prestige of course] seems designed by the IMF which existence is exactly informing/advising  the Nations and the Governments in how&what to be aware of their public debt Vs the issues of GDP and political vision for growth.
"Christine" does all this ethically of course but what she cannot discuss are the "a- priori" of the operational principle of IMF which are based on the sacrality of the Free Market as designed and defined by the true powers in charge of the banking and financial system.
Mrs Lagarde therefore is a "Mediator" and a Media to tell us what the "BIG BOSS/Brother" wishes us to do in order not to miss the chance for growth in the sacred terms already settled and what to think/believe in order to be fit and honoured to enter the NWO of a global governance and the attached new culture, new Ethics and new spirituality for a new super-mankind.
What therefore we are educated not to think is about the corporate financial/banking strategy and the true number of victims + the injustice on the path of this New "Three Speed" Divine Glory.
Civil Notaries do not discuss the "Status Quo" but simply apply it by recording the new acts via a competent informative mediation.
