In “the trial”, when Angelica says “NO! NOT THE CHAIR!!! NOT THE CHAIR!!!”, she’s obviously being put in Tommy’s high chair, but the line itself is a reference to the electric chair.

You missed one of the best and most subtle ones: when Charlotte takes the babies to work one day, she's on the phone with Johnathan (of course) and responds to something angelica says with something like "Of course, sweetheart". Then you hear muffled surprise from the other side of the line, and Charlotte says "Of course I wasn't talking to you, Johnathan. You know I would never talk to one of my employees like that! ...at least not since the Clarence Thomas hearings."
