I think I have the Honeywell 6 pro one but it has buttons under it and it isn’t a touchscreen do you know how I can connect that I’m not sure where the zwave connection is. I am holding the menu button as it says online but it is doing nothing.

What is the difference between exclude and include? New homeowner and my system is set to exclude to 07. I have no idea what that means. Any assistance is appreciated.

My Honeywell Pro Series Thermostat has the set to Exclude 10 for z-wave. How do I set it back to INCLUDE?

I am new home owner i do have t6 pro series.
First:I am trying to connect to z wave but it always fail.
Second: I am trying the residio app to add, when i press the middle of the thermostat for 5 seconds it does not show the LYRIC or TSTAT.

What do I need to do? Please advise

worst thermostat i have ever encounter. Nobody really know what z wave is, can't find anything on the internet about it. This model t6 that have z wave don't have wifi. been trouble shooting it for over weeks, with no solution. Going to have to call Honeywell. Will update after talking to them.

My thermostat will only connect to zwave IQ panel. I have this exact thermostat and when I long press the temperature number to enable me to connect it to the app nothing happens. It's supposed to show me the LYRIC but it does nothing.

I recently moved into a newly constructed home that already had a T6 pro Z wave thermostat and a ring doorbell do I have to buy a Z wave separately or does it already come with a home if it does come with the home where would I find it

So how do I get it connected to Alexa now? I have it connected to ring but saying I have to link account. Can’t link the account since it’s a Z wave?? Not user friendly!!

Many home builders are installing these thermostats via a security company. I think that is why I cannot include in my smartthings hub. I may try resetting to see if that clears the security companies programming.
